Concern Regarding Management, Queue System, and Cleanliness at Baba Baidyanath Dham, Deoghar

Baba Baidyanath Dham, Deoghar, is one of the most powerful and sacred Jyotirlingas, attracting devotees from across the country. However, during my recent visit, I observed serious shortcomings in temple management that require urgent attention.
There appears to be a complete lack of proper management by the temple administration and the state authorities. The panda system is highly unregulated, with many pandas openly taking money from devotees and allowing people to enter the queue from the middle. As a result, devotees who are patiently waiting in the queue are repeatedly pushed behind, causing inconvenience and frustration.
There is no clear distinction between VIP and general queues, and the overall queue management system is chaotic and unfair. Even after paying for VIP darshan, at last devotees are made to stand in the same general queue, with no actual priority or organized process, which defeats the very purpose of a VIP facility.
Additionally, the cleanliness inside the main temple premises, including the Garbh Griha of the Jyotirlinga, is extremely poor, which is deeply disappointing for a place of such immense religious importance.
I sincerely request the concerned authorities to take immediate and necessary action to improve crowd control, clearly differentiate and regulate VIP and general queues, monitor the activities of pandas, and ensure proper cleanliness and discipline within the temple premises so that devotees can have a peaceful and respectful darshan experience.
There is no facility for ladies, children, family or elderly."
