点评：I visited this place on May 30th, 2026, and the experience was utterly disgraceful. The owner, Tony Joubert, displayed unacceptable aggressiveness and greed. Right at the beginning, Tony himself asked our group to wait an additional 15 minutes for the arrival of other customers who were running late. Taking advantage of this delay that he created, my 6-year-old son needed to use the restroom. When we returned, Tony started aggressively shouting at me and the child, literally screaming that "time is money" and that he could not wait for a boy in the restroom. It was a complete lack of respect and empathy toward a young child, especially since the show was already delayed by his own request to accommodate more paying customers.His obsession with money became even more obvious right after: he quickly rushed behind the counter, pulled out the card machine, and showed that his only real interest was collecting the payment as fast as possible.Beyond the terrible human treatment, the place hides a biological sham. The hippopotamus presented on the platform was visually much smaller than what is expected for a 26-year-old adult animal. There are strong indicators that the facility operates a rotation system, using younger and more manageable animals to deceive tourists, selling the experience as if everyone were interacting with the famous "Jessica." Everything about this place points to aggressive commercial exploitation, and there are serious doubts about how these animals are forcefully collected from the wild and mistreated behind the scenes to obey commands on the platform. Do not spend your money here. It is an unethical and disgusting tourist trap.
