GREAT RANGE OF PRODUCTS - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Mudgee Honey Haven的点评
点评：We visited Honey Haven on Wednesday, 5 August. We were excited to visit as our aunt is a bee keeper and has many hives on her property.
Honey Haven has a very comprehensive range of products. We enjoyed the different types of honey which were available for tasting as well as purchasing. There were also a selection of honey based facial products. moisturizers and we also sampled honey Meade. They had a range of gift products and other local producers’ products which they support. All very satisfactory.
Unfortunately, the overall customer service was lacking. We both work in customer service industries and have a high expectation and understanding of how to engage with customers. The 2 ladies who served us were preoccupied and verging on curt. We left feeling quite unwelcome and disappointed after having spent 45 mins at Honey Haven. Not withstanding spending a few hundred dollars on our purchases. That part is irrelevant really. Whether we spent $10 or several hundred dollars, customer service should always be up to a high standard.
We felt we were imposing and unwelcomed for being there for so long. - not exactly the feeling that one should have when leaving a place of business.
As a final point, we have visited a number of other businesses, in an around Mudgee over the past few days. We found the customer service everywhere else to be welcoming, obliging, engaging and extremely friendly in contrast to that from Honey Haven.
