Stonehurst Family Farm and Museum的点评
点评：We had such a lovely day at Stonehurst Farm today! There was so much to do, but what really made our visit was how genuinely friendly and kind all of the staff were.
A special mention to the lovely girl running the pony rides today. My children loved it so much they went on three times, and she was so patient, warm and encouraging with them every single time.
We also had the sweetest tractor driver, I think her name was Emma. She was such a kind soul and couldn’t do enough for us. She was so friendly and welcoming, and really made our day extra special. She even told my daughter how much she loved her outfit, which absolutely made her day. It’s little moments like that that make such a big difference.
Another lovely young girl in the Cuddle Corner took the time to show my children the baby guinea pigs, which they absolutely adored. She was so lovely with them, and it was such a thoughtful little moment that they won’t forget.
The gentleman in the farm shop was equally fantastic. He was so welcoming from the moment we walked in and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were having a great day. Conversation with him felt so natural and never forced. He took the time to explain the timings of everything happening around the farm so we didn’t miss anything, and he gave us some brilliant recommendations from the farm shop, talking us through products he’d personally tried and loved. That kind of personal service is so rare these days and really stood out.
One thing that really struck us was how lovely all the staff were with each other. You could tell they had such great relationships, which created such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and it made the whole farm feel so chilled and inviting.
Thank you to everyone at Stonehurst Farm for such a wonderful family day out. The staff truly made the experience, and it’s officially our new favourite farm. We can’t wait to come back!
