Disgusting staff and HUGE PRICES

点评：All I can say the prices are WOW
to play BOWLING ( the balls are mini ones ) and the line is not even working , every time you play they get stuck between them and the game stops , you pay for 30 Min 3 people £24 ???
I know you guys are desperate for money but you do need to offer the best service
I had to go and find someone at the bar because nobody was around , everyone seems disappears in the back , she resolve the line then the game was oka
Played darts again it was a bit expensive for 30 min of the game
We played ping pong and I had ordered a pizza ( NEVER MENTIONED THE SIZE OF IT IN THE MENU ? WHY WHEN YOU OAY £14 for a pizza and a guiness so I have paid £18 and I’ve received 5 slices of pizza and a Guinness , no napkins no nothing
I have thank to the waitress and of course nothing back
The lack of customer service is disgusting, I don’t really need Simone to bow to me but at least be nice and offer the MINIMUM stuff guys
Stop chatting 4,5 people begging the desk and glasses are lying around the place , disgusting place I will never come back and now I understand why the place is empty , you want to rip off the people and you offer just the games for us to PAY AGAIN
