点评：You will need to purchase both a pass from BLM and a Tribal Pass. The Tribal Pass is around $23 for adults and $12 for children over 2 years of age. BLM is $6 for an adult and $1 for a child or the America the Beautiful Pass. We went early and were in the first convoy out to the trailhead. You will stop at the Tribal Visitor Center to obtain your pass and then follow the pilot vehicle to the BLM gate. You will receive more information at the gate and submit your tribal pass there. You do not need to wait for a pilot vehicle to leave. This is a unique area with a nice slot canyon. Antelope Canyon is a way better canyon, but this area has way more too offer than just the slot canyon portion. The area has distinct features. The bugs on the way to the canyon were unpleasant but we lost them in the canyon. The pit toilets had a lot of bugs but were fine otherwise. The roads were in good condition and accessible by all vehicles. It gets hot fast. Bring water, sunscreen, bug spray and try to go early for the best experience. Wear good hiking shoes if you plan to go to the top of the canyon. There are a few steep sections that some people struggled with or did not attempt. If you are relatively fit, you will be fine. You can still reach a lot of the "good picture" sections without issue.
