Craft Experiences Oaxaca的点评
点评：We visited Oaxaca during the Day of the Dead celebrations and joined a group tour with Craft Experiences Oaxaca, recommended by our Airbnb host. It was so good that we immediately booked another private tour with them the very next night. Ricardo was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, both by text and over the phone, and he took the time and effort to tailor both outings perfectly to our interests and needs. He’s deeply knowledgeable and passionate about sharing Oaxaca’s culture, ensuring every guest has a unique and meaningful journey. Highlights included visiting some of the surrounding villages, each with its own unique traditions, where we explored a traditional red clay mezcal distillery, took part in ofrendas making, visited small and large cemeteries, and joined local comparsas and cascabeles (traditional parades filled with music and costumes). All of it made us feel transported to a fantastic universe and gave us a deeper connection to local culture. David, the English-speaking guide, was engaging and added so much to our understanding of the people, culture, history, and landscape. Jesús, the driver, was very accommodating, made sure we were well fed, and went the extra mile to keep us comfortable and taken care of. They guided us skillfully through the crowded Day of the Dead festivities so we didn’t miss a thing. They took such good care of us that we felt completely confident recommending them to our elderly uncle and aunt.
