点评：This tour was exceptional, I’ve done many wine tastings; this was my first wine Estate tour.
Very informative & willing to answer ALL questions. The Estate is beautiful & we got to see everything from vines (plus try the grapes straight from vine because I went in early September when they are almost done harvesting), to fermentation “eggs” 🤭, to personal collection cellar, the French oak barrels room & where they stock the wine to age it in the bottle before selling. THAT was just the tour
The tasting catered well to everyone’s dietary requirements, with a vast spread; I would recommend you to NOT eat beforehand. You will leave very full. Tasting 1 white & 2 reds, paired with cold meats, cheese, olives, olive oil, sundried tomatoes, grapes dried apricots & bread.
I would be very happy to return again 😁
I even bought 3 bottles to take home & found out where I can purchase in the UK

我非常乐意再次光临呢 😁
我甚至买了3瓶酒带回家，还查到了在英国哪里能买到这些酒。
整个体验过程大约持续了2个半小时。
