A perfectly organised and intensive Balkan tour

点评：As someone who has joined many tours both domestically and internationally, and has lived abroad for many years, I can confidently say that Enes Menga is one of the most professional tour guides I have ever experienced.
Despite the Balkan tour being a very intensive itinerary requiring strong coordination and discipline, the organisation, time management, and group handling were absolutely flawless. At no point did we feel disorganised or rushed. Enes not only impressed us with his historical and cultural knowledge, but also made the experience truly enjoyable with his energy, friendliness, and the way he personally engaged with every participant.
During the tour, I experienced an unexpected and stressful situation. While I was quite anxious, Enes remained extremely calm, professional, and solution-oriented. His ability to effectively use his local connections and quickly resolve a situation that could have escalated internationally was truly remarkable. Thanks to his support, the issue was resolved quickly and I was able to continue the tour without missing any part of the programme.
Even more impressive was his ability to manage a large group while simultaneously handling a serious individual situation with such composure. At no point did the group experience disruption, nor did I feel left unsupported.
This experience clearly demonstrated that a great tour guide is not only someone who shares information, but also someone who can manage crises, find solutions, and provide a strong sense of trust and security to their guests. Enes’ communication skills, organisational ability, calmness, and leadership turned this trip into an unforgettable experience.
