Disappointing Stay at MONTERIA Village – Poor Service and No Value for Money

点评：We came to MONTERIA Village for a one-night holiday stay. When we saw the photos and information online, we were very happy and excited, but the reality was completely different.
Many shows and activities were closed, and many places were not properly maintained. Honestly, the value for money feels zero.
The staff service was also very disappointing. Nobody even served water properly. Only the cafeteria staff behaved better.
Check-in took a very long time. There was no car service, and we had to walk around 200 meters in the hot weather carrying our luggage to the room.
There were many wedding guests staying together, and food was self-service with self-cleaning arrangements. We understand this situation, but at least basic service like drinking water should be provided.
The room freezer was not working. Tea and coffee were not refilled. Indoor games were closed, and we waited a long time only to find out they were not open.
Overall, this stay was very disappointing and not worth the money we paid. Honestly, going to a normal resort would give a much better experience, more comfort, better service, and better value for money than what we experienced here.
