Extremely disorganised and ruined our day.
The Spa at Bowood的点评
点评：Not a great experience at all. Booked for the day for Mum’s birthday, booked the afternoon tea and brunch from 11am -4pm. We arrived at 11 and was told we would have to wait an hour for our brunch because they had no later availability for all of us to have our treatments at the same time, so 3 of us had to sit around and wait because we would need to be redressed to go and eat if we used facilities. Weren’t sat for lunch til after 12, they took our order quickly but didn’t have our food until almost 1pm and we had to rush and eat quickly because the remainder of us had our treatments at 1:30pm. Treatments were wonderful, felt so relaxed and taken care of by the Spa Technicians but the day was immediately ruined when we were told they may not have any cakes left for our cream tea which was pre-booked months in advance. We said we would rather have it to go as we wanted to leave which they said was fine and would be out soon. Then we had to wait almost an hour for our cream tea at the end of the day which by then we were so fed up we just left. Overall not a good experience, felt rushed and extremely disorganised, got dirty looks from staff at Reception when mentioning we felt messed about as well. Would not recommend for anything other than having a treatment, a waste of money and a ruined birthday as well.
翻译：体验非常糟糕。为了庆祝妈妈的生日，我们预订了下午茶和早午餐，时间是上午11点到下午4点。我们11点到达，却被告知因为没有更晚的空位可以同时安排我们所有人做护理，所以早午餐要等一个小时。我们三个人只能坐在那里等，因为如果去洗手间的话，就得重新穿衣服才能去吃饭。午餐直到12点多才入座，点餐倒是很快，但直到快1点才上菜，我们不得不匆匆吃完，因为其他人1点半就要做护理了。护理本身很棒，感觉非常放松，水疗技师们也照顾得很好，但当我们被告知可能没有蛋糕可以做我们提前几个月预订的奶油茶时，美好的体验瞬间就被毁了。我们说我们想离开，所以想打包带走，他们说没问题，马上就送过来。最后我们等了将近一个小时才吃到下午茶，那时我们已经非常不耐烦了，只好离开了。总的来说，体验很差，感觉很仓促，组织得也极其混乱。当我们向前台反映感觉被敷衍了事时，工作人员还对我们翻脸不认人。除了做护理之外，不推荐去那里，简直是浪费钱，还毁了我们的生日。
