Perfect birthday spa day
The Spa at Bowood的点评
点评：Visited the spa last month with my partner for a spa day on my birthday. We had a 30 minute treatment each, access to the spa & a cream tea.
I had to write a review as we were both so impressed with the whole day & everyone really made my birthday so special.
On arrival we spent some time using the spa - hot tub/pool/sauna. The view is beautiful from the pool & the facilities were great
We then waited in the relaxation room for our treatments & we were greeted by 2 such friendly therapists & informed we would have a complimentary hot drink post-treatment. We had a massage in the same room which was so special, both of us said it was the best treatment we’d ever had at a spa.
During the conversation we had mentioned it was my birthday, and then after our treatment as we were drinking our teas, we had the most thoughtful surprise of 2 glasses of Prosecco and a gift for my birthday arriving to us in the relaxation room.
Cream tea at the end was delicious, and then to top off the day we were then given some truffles decorated with a “happy birthday” to finish! Amazing customer service.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book Bowood again & especially for a special occasion. You really made my birthday thank you so much!
