点评：I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with Wise Tour Guide was so disappointing that I feel I have to warn others. We booked a "luxury private tour" for our family of four, expecting a premium experience based on their website and the price we paid—$850 for a full day.
From the start, it was a disaster. The "luxury vehicle" turned out to be a beat-up minivan with broken air conditioning. When I complained, the guide just shrugged and said, "It’s fine, just open the window." For $850, I expect working AC. The guide himself was unprofessional and seemed completely unprepared. He didn’t have a clear itinerary and spent most of the time on his phone. At the main historical site we were most excited about, he told us he didn’t have the tickets and we had to wait in a long line for an hour, eating into our own time.
When I called the office to express my frustration, they were dismissive and refused to offer any partial refund for the lack of promised services. I paid a premium for a seamless, "luxury" experience, but what I got was the quality of a $200 budget tour. Save your money and book with literally anyone else.
