点评：Trying to book presale tickets for their Halloween event. Utter rubbish. Was there bang on 7am, their useless site doesn’t work. Got in, tried to select number of guests and nothing happened, then the whole section vanished and was replaced with a message saying content missing. Tries to go back and it threw me out. Tried again half a dozen more times but was put in a virtual queue just to access the booking site. The time for the queue continued to go up, not down, as I sat watching it then kept timing out. When I did get back onto the booking page no option to add number of guests. Pointless system and the biggest joke the ‘you’re in a queue’ page says you’re in a queue to limit the amount of people accessing the page to ensure a smooth booking experience! Well, that’s a massive fail. The error messages also clearly state that the error is Cattows End. So, all in all, I don’t think I’ll bother. It’s overpriced any way.
翻译：试图预订他们万圣节活动的预售票。简直一团糟。我早上7点准时登录，可他们那个烂得要死的网站根本打不开。好不容易进去了，试着选择参会人数，却毫无反应；随后整个页面都消失了，取而代之的是一条“内容缺失”的提示信息。我再试图返回时，系统直接把我踢出了。我又试了六七次，结果只是被安排进入一个虚拟排队队列才能访问预订页面。然而排队时间不但没减少，反而一直增加。我坐下来试图预订，但页面一直超时。等我终于重新进入预订页面后，却找不到任何可以添加宾客人数的选项。这个系统毫无用处；最可笑的是，那个“您正在排队中”的页面声称大家都在排队是为了限制访问人数以确保预订流程顺畅！这简直就是严重的失败。错误提示信息也明确指出错误出在Cattows End。综上所述，我觉得还是算了吧——反正价格也贵得离谱。
