点评:I hired a car for 6 days in January, collected late on a Friday afternoon in a dark car park. The car was 3 years old with 100k kms on the clock. I reported the electrical fault with the passenger wing mirror to the office - the car was not in perfect condition.
On return I have been billed 270€ for a very minor scuff on the underside of the rear bumper that did that not happen during my hire.
I hire monthly from Dublin airport and have never had a problem with refuelling, cleanliness, damage or anything else.
I suspect the car was near the end of its life with Europcar and I am being charged for someone else’s damage to help clean the car up for auction. Unfortunately I have already booked with Europcar for February through Ryanair however I won’t be hiring from Europcar again after this dishonest practice.
