Hadjicharalambous Boutique Winery的点评
点评：A genuinely unique experience in the Paphos wine region.
My niece and I visited Hadjicharalambous Boutique Winery and were personally shown around by the second-generation owner, to share how the history of how their wines are made and why each vintage naturally develops a little differently depending on the year.
What stood out most was the care behind everything. This is not a mass-production experience. The wines are handmade and small-batch, the setting is intimate and relaxed, and you can feel the family behind the winery. Even the halloumi goat cheese served during our tasting was handmade by his aunt.
The owner, Christos, was knowledgeable, generous with his time, and clearly loves what he is carrying forward.
Beautiful wines, beautiful setting, and a rare sense of authenticity.
Absolutely worth visiting if you’re anywhere near Paphos.
