An excellent tour, and a very high quality product.

点评：Our tour was excellent. From the initial welcome to the final departure (with our purchased bottles) our guide Alex was friendly, professional and able to flex the tour to reflect the knowledge level of everyone on the tour.
Safety of the group was managed well, with reminders where necessary. The tour included the warehouse, the milling, mash, wash and distillation areas, and culminated with a tasting. Alex's knowledge and enthusiasm for the whisky was excellent, and his responses to queries, thoughtful and entertaining.
We opted for the tasting with 3 'experiences' - all very different, and all delicious. I was impressed by the 'Drivers Pack' which allowed me to decant my drinks after a tasting sip into mini bottles to take away. A thoughtful touch, as were the snacks and water provided to clear palates. The Scapa Noust, where the tasting was held, was a fabulous building with a design reflecting maritime heritage, and a stunning view over the bay itself.
