点评：Travel doesn’t always go exactly as planned — and sometimes that’s when you truly see someone’s character.
I was originally scheduled to explore Dar es Salaam with Freddy of Tanzania Safari Trails and enjoy an evening of live music, but my plans shifted and we weren’t able to do the full tour. Even so, I feel strongly that he deserves this review.
Freddy picked me up from the ferry, took me safely to my hotel, and returned the next day to drive me to the airport. When an unexpected issue came up with my flight, he stayed with me — patiently and calmly — until everything was completely sorted out. He didn’t rush off. He didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenience. He simply stayed.
As a solo traveler, that meant more than I can explain.
Integrity isn’t about how someone performs when everything is going perfectly — it’s about how they show up when things don’t. Freddy showed up. And that speaks volumes about him and about Tanzania Safari Trails as a company.
I may not have experienced the full city tour this time, but based on the professionalism and care I received, I would absolutely book with Tanzania Safari Trails again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Dar es Salaam or planning a safari in Tanzania.
