点评：I booked a transfer with weligama Cabs from Ahangama to Airport.The service was excellent.The driver arrived early,which immediately gave me peace of mind about getting to the airport on time.The price was also very reasonable better than many other companies I checked.
During the journey, I became worried because it looked like we were going in the wrong direction.I asked the driver to take another route, thinking he was moving away from the airport. But it turned out I was wrong. I had accidentally put the wrong airport into Google Maps. The driver stayed calm, checked everything carefully,even called the company to confirm the correct destination.
The manager then spoke to me directly to clarify my flight details.He explained that the place I was trying to direct the driver was for domestic flights only the driver was actually following the correct route to the international terminal. If he had listened to my directions,I would have missed my flight completely.
Their professionalism, knowledge, and communication were outstanding. I’m very grateful they double checked everything instead of simply following my mistake.I highly recommend weligama Cabs for anyone travelling in Sri Lanka. Reliable,honest and extremely helpful.
