Excellent manatee viewing, education center, and scenic trails

点评：This is a fantastic free destination, especially on colder days when manatees gather in large numbers. We saw many manatees along both boardwalks, along with fish jumping and even a stingray leaping out of the water.
The property is spacious and very well organized, with multiple parking areas and a tram service that can take you from parking to the manatee viewing area, or you can walk the trail instead.
The Manatee Education Center is informative and well done, and there is also a gift shop and shaded areas to relax. One particularly interesting feature is the solar energy area, which adds an educational sustainability element to the visit.
Everything is clean, peaceful, and easy to navigate. With free parking and admission, this is a uniquely Florida experience and well worth the visit, especially during cooler weather.
