The driver knew every twist of those hill roads like the back of his hand, which mattered a lot given how narrow and foggy some stretches got near Tiger Hill.
The car itself was clean and well-maintained, and pickup from NJP station was right on time — no waiting around after a long train ride. Pricing was upfront too, no hidden charges tacked on at the end like we've had happen with other rental places before.
What really stood out was how flexible they were. We wanted to stop at a few extra viewpoints and a local tea estate that wasn't on the original plan, and the driver was happy to adjust without making a fuss about it. He also gave us solid tips on where to eat and which spots get overcrowded by mid-morning.
If you're planning a trip to Darjeeling and need reliable transport, I'd genuinely recommend going with these guys. Made a big difference to how relaxed the trip felt.
