Bought as a present for me
Went solo. Bit anxious about this but Sophie so welcoming and friendly.
Course immaculately run. Every second filled without feeling rushed. Lots teaching skills and tips.
Group was from teenagers to retired with v varied cooking experience. Managed brilliantly.
Learnt loads. Had so much fun. Friendly welcoming .
Left with most amazing fruit tart and choux buns and lots confidence.
100% recommend. Will be back and recommended to my friends. Shared food with colleagues and they are now talking about booking in for a social event!
And if baking not your thing - you can just go and buy Sophie masterpieces to eat!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Patisserie Course – Highly Recommend!
This course was bought as a present for me and I decided to go along solo. I was a bit anxious about that beforehand, but Sophie immediately made me feel so welcome and at ease.
The course itself was immaculately run. Every minute was used well without ever feeling rushed. Sophie shared so many useful techniques, skills, and tips that I know I’ll keep using at home.
The group was wonderfully varied – from teenagers to retired participants, with all levels of cooking experience – and it was managed brilliantly so everyone felt included and supported.
I learned so much and had an absolute blast. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed, and really welcoming.
I left with the most amazing fruit tart and choux buns, plus a big boost in confidence with my baking.
After the course all the recipes and how to videos shared with you so you can recreate over and over again.
I would 100% recommend this course. I’ll definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends. I shared the bakes with colleagues afterwards and now they’re talking about booking a course themselves as a social event!
And if baking isn’t your thing, you can always just pop in and buy Sophie’s masterpieces to eat instead! 😊
