点评：With a friend I rode & stayed here for 2 days in April 2026.
Horses: with over 50 to choose from, Mohamed listened to our experience & preferences and then matched us well. Both choices were well schooled and in great condition. They clearly loved their jobs as much as we loved riding them.
Tack: the saddles were very comfortable & good quality leather; way better than the usual Egyptian variety. The martingales allowed the horse's head & neck to stretch at speed & the bits were appropriate for the spiciness of the horses.
Rides/scenery: fabulous undulating desert with dramatic, eroded rock formations & large lakes. Perfect riding country.
Guide: Mohamed was excellent. Laid back, he still ensured we stayed on track. He also took great videos on our phones at walk, trot & gallop.
Accommodation: outside the guest house area looks lovely but inside the 2 bed/2 bathroom 'house' we had was disappointing. It was poorly fitted out (eg no mirror in my bathroom, sparse furniture in a big space) & the electrics didn't work in my friend's room (though an electrician came in to fix it next day). We had to ask for a top sheet as the bed cover supplied was a very thick blanket that I'm guessing isn't washed between guests (too heavy). But on plus side, it was big with traditional vaulted ceilings, a fridge & ceiling fans in the bedrooms to keep it cool at night.

住宿：宾馆外面的环境看起来很漂亮，但我们入住的两卧两卫的“房子”内部却令人失望。房间装修很简陋（比如我的浴室里没有镜子，大房间里家具很少），我朋友房间的电路也坏了（不过第二天就请电工来修好了）。我们不得不另外要床单，因为提供的床罩是一条很厚的毯子，我猜它肯定没有在客人之间清洗（太重了）。不过，房间也有一些优点，比如很大，有传统的拱形天花板，卧室里还有冰箱和吊扇，晚上很凉爽。
