点评：This location completely destroyed my daughter's 13th birthday. We had everything planned and booked for yesterday, but they closed early because of the storm, which was out of our control. They assured us we could rebook for today, so we did. But when we arrived, they were charging us the Friday rate, even though we never chose to reschedule. My wife tried to reason with them, explaining that we didn’t ask to move the date, but instead of understanding the situation, the manager, Taylor McGee, took it personally and became defensive. It was beyond frustrating.
Out of sheer desperation to salvage what was left of my daughter’s special day, we reluctantly agreed to pay the higher amount. But the manager, along with the employees at the counter, just kept up their rude, negative attitudes, acting like we were the problem. No one—absolutely no one—showed even the slightest bit of accountability or empathy. It felt like they didn’t care at all that they were ruining a once-in-a-lifetime event for my daughter. Now, we're left scrambling to figure out how to make up for this disaster.
To top it off, they all made it clear they couldn't care less if I contacted corporate and that they wouldn't be bothered by any consequences. This level of apathy and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
