世界第一次世界大战博物馆和纪念碑的点评
点评：Lack of organization on where to go. I came in the door marked tickets already purchased. Got stared at and after glancing around had to ask where to go to see the exhibits. No program or map offered. They directed me to a desk. Got up to the desk and stood their waiting, had to again ask the people at the desk where do I go because their were multiple doors. They looked at my ticket and told me to go through the door on the right the movie had already started. Went through the door and needed to take medicine so I go back out to the desk only to stand there for a moment waiting on someone and had to ask where do I get something to drink? Found the cafe and got a soda. Found a map with very little on it on the wall and it told me where the extra exhort I paid for was. Edifice it said the name of the gallery and I had to pull up the site to seer the gallery name. No map on the website. Went to the gallery and then returned to the main museum. Multiple people had seen my ticket that listed the tower on it as well at this point. No one told me how I get there. Asked another person when I found one and they gave vague directions to up outside. Started to show the guy my ticket to go in the tower and he’s like sorry not open until one. First I heard of this. The line to get up was super long and I didn’t have time as I had to leave to make other reservations after being there for almost three hours. Went to get the tower part of my ticket refunded only to find out while waiting in line there was a downstairs. The museum refunded my entire ticket as a courtesy when I explained the entire story.
翻译：参观路线混乱。我从标有“已购票”的门进来，被人盯着看，环顾四周后，我不得不问工作人员去哪里看展览。他们没有提供任何宣传册或地图。他们指引我到一个服务台。我走到服务台前，站在那里等了一会儿，因为有好几个门，我不得不再次询问工作人员该往哪里走。他们看了看我的票，告诉我从右边的门进去，电影已经开始了。我走了进去，但需要吃药，于是又回到服务台，在那里等了一会儿，然后不得不问哪里可以喝点东西。我找到了咖啡馆，买了一瓶汽水。我在墙上找到一张地图，上面只有一些信息，标明了我额外付费参观的展馆的位置。地图上写着展馆的名字，但我不得不打开网站查看展馆名称。网站上没有地图。我去了展馆，然后返回主博物馆。这时，已经有好几个人看到我的票了，上面也列出了参观塔楼的地点。没人告诉我怎么上去。我找到一个人问了问，他含糊地指了指外面。我刚要给那人看我的票，他却说不好意思，一点才开门。我还是第一次听说。排队上去的队伍超级长，我没时间了，因为在那儿待了快三个小时后，我还要去预约其他项目。我去退掉塔楼那部分的票，结果排队的时候才发现原来还有个下层。我把事情经过跟博物馆的人解释清楚后，他们出于好意把票全额退给了我。
