世界第一次世界大战博物馆和纪念碑的点评
点评：Having 9nly seen photos of the outside of the WWI Museum we really didn't know what to expect. The museum iv huge and we started with an exhibit on Paris during the war and afterward an introduction film on the causes of the war. Both were very good. Afterward we entered the first of several galleries exhibiting artifacts, informative panels, and scenes on the war. The recreation of trench life was very impressive. The exhibit is presented chronologically so the US is the last part of the exhibit.
A special treat through might miss if you don't go to the lower level is a great display of items which were donated but not displayed until lately Also walk aroundto see the giganticfoundationof the museum tower. Finally, go up the elevator to the observation deck to see marvelous 360° views of Kansas City. This is a real jewel in a city full of nice things to see and do.
