点评：I visited the office to find out where my grandparents were buried and I was met by three of the most engaging ladies - Lorraine, Michelle and Molly. They offered their services and set about gaining as much information as possible to help. The service was unbelievable, enthusiastic, engaging and methodical. Not only was the cemetery found, but the area they lived, the church they married in, their marriage certificates and death certificates. They pointed out where I could get a book on the area they lived, from a shop in Mountcharles, where Molly's mum worked, who I also met - amazing!!! On my day of discovery, my time was spent following the leads they created which reduced the possibility of chasing shadows. Their only reward was for me to return to the tourist office to tell how I got on. What talents and skills they have, in helping a lonely traveller find their way around. Lorraine, Michelle and Molly (and not forgetting Molly's mum Jane!) are a credit to Donegal tourist Office with the professionalism and dedication they provide. I am eternally grateful for there help and friendship - 'LADIES YOU ARE STARS' I look forward to coming back and seeking more information. To the Donegal Tourist Board I say 'Give them a pay rise and provide this services to more people'. Lorraine, Michelle and Molly thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have one made one lonely traveller very happy.
