I read so many reviews and I was actually surprised

点评：I read so many TA and honestly I was hesitant to book. So I did not. We just showed up and the entire experience surprise us: it totally exceeded our expectations.
1. Disarmingly welcoming, kind and helpful stuff.
2. Our guide was excellent (a substitute teacher - so talented!). She was informative and enthusiastic, she made sure to involve everybody while answering questions and offering so many geological insights. She has been doing this for a while but she made us feel like we were special.
3. The cave has an intriguing history and so is the spiral ladder. No, you do not get to walk around once down there but the storytelling and how she did it made the experience magical.
4. They have side activities for kids and adults that are really well thought out.
Bottom line: We were surprised. It was so much better than we expected.
