点评：This place is pretty neat, worth the entrance fee. And most everyone can do the spiral staircase down. Here is what you need to know. The initial descent is comprised of three levels of narrow steps, in a very tight space through the rock. It only takes 2-3 minutes to get down those but if you are claustrophobic, it might be tricky. I felt some anxiety myself.
Then you arrive onto a wide open metal platform where the guide tells you what to expect and you can choose the descend the spiral staircase OR you can go back up top. I was worried about the 230 steps but actually- it was totally fine and most people could do it without any issues. I held onto the railing all the way down, you can go slow and steady and it only took 3-4 min to get to the bottom. There is seating at the bottom and you spend 20-30 min down there, learning from the guide, taking pics ect. The rock formations are pretty cool.
When you are ready to go back up- again, not bad. Go slow and steady, take breaks when needed, and there is room for others to pass by you if needed. Also- the gift shop has surprisingly affordable t-shirts for sale 😁
