点评:Appalling customer service.
My daughter and I suffered ripped clothing whilst sat on a seat eating our lunch. The bench has a very sharp edge and caught us unawares. I went into the rwturant and manager asked me to email him. I did. 5 weeks later and chasing a number of times I have no outcome. It is with insurance company is what I have veen told and no reply to last email. Hence why I am resorting to a review to make people aware. At no point did this need to be through insurance. An apology and reimbursement of the clothes I had to buy as we had packed light (came from Uk) would have been sufficient. Duinell have washed their hands of this as they state the eateries are run by an external company and is not their concern.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing after spending so much money to get in and whilst we were there, then treated so poorly.
