点评:I expected a premium, well-organized experience from Tomorrowland, but this was a major disappointment.
The biggest issue was organization and communication, especially around the transport pass. Without it, you clearly feel treated as a second-tier attendee. Information was unclear, inconsistent, and sometimes corrected too late (e.g., QR code access). This caused unnecessary stress, time loss, and frustration.
The overall experience felt overly commercial: everything is expensive, but without the expected level of quality in return. The drink selection is a good example Bud and Corona in cans, a few Belgian or local beers only at night and specific location not in all drinking spots, and very limited choice despite high prices. This is completely inconsistent with a “premium” positioning.
Sound quality was also below expectations, with poor balance (bass/treble) and inconsistent experience even at the mainstage which is surprising for a festival of this reputation.
Overall, there is a clear gap between the brand promise and the actual experience. It feels more like a money-driven event than a carefully crafted premium festival.
Very disappointing.
