点评:My kids went on the horses/mules and did the estimated 3 hour Peek-a boo loop. They very much enjoyed it. They said the guide was informative and they loved the horses. My husband and I trailed behind them on foot- which I do not recommend. They go on the horse trail to get to Peek Boo which is tough on foot due to soft sand, incredible amount of dust, and dodging lots of poop. I recommend going on the horse trail only until you intersect Queens Garden Trail and then to Navajo to get to Peek a boo. Even that short course on the horse trail I recommend wearing a mask or bandana to prevent eating the dust (on horseback or foot).
There is a break half way through the Peek a boo loop. The guides were nice and offered my husband and I water even though we were not technically part of their group. We declined since we had our own, but our children could not have any water on them so they definitely needed it.
My only complaint was that the ride was supposed to be 3 hours but they finished 20 min early. My husband and I finished the trail in a speedy 2 hours 45 minutes and the horses were all gone as was the kids’ guide. There were still workers around packing up but I did not trust giving cash tips to anyone but the guide herself. So because they finished up earlier than was advertised, we couldn’t find the guide to give her a tip.
