点评:We went with friends on Q Elizabeth Caribbean cruise .
Six days before departure we were told the pool area would not be available for the entire cruise,five days of which were at sea.
It does seem that a Cunard knew exactly how to take a calculated risk on potential lawsuits for such a shameful act.
Of course the only pool area aft was overcrowded so nowhere to go.
To schedule major works like this would have taken weeks of planning so Cunard must have known well before they told the poor suffering passengers.
Add to this lots if Contractors in the passageways changing cabling and it was a mess,
The cabaret shows were not to the standard you expect of Cunard.Princess is far better and it’s the same group.
So pretty lousy job ,Cunard.
And while we’re at it the food service in the main restaurant was below par.Had better food on most other lines too
I don’t complain very often but this took the biscuit for taking liberties with your customers.
