点评：We enjoyed the romance of the story, it having been lying forgotten for 1800 years! Incredible conservation work in evidence.
It covers a large site, and the main structure is obviously under canvas for protection. You can see why, as the damage and splintering is really visible from earthquake and environmental damage.
Still worth the Drive up to see it, as its in spectacular scenery. Road is not bad to drive.
With a bit of imagination you can see the appeal.it had all those many years ago. Currently there are no museums or facilities other than toilets, which are good. There seem to be plans to offer additional information facilities / cafe, but not there yet.
Interesting to see the work that the conservators/ archaeologists have done so far. Looks like a lifelong passion project. I hope they get the support they need to finish their work.
