点评：We booked the premium wine and food experience for our first afternoon in Santorini and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! We were warmly welcomed to the pretty covered patio by Dina, who was bubbly and full of information and she took us through our food and wine pairing. We started with a glass of sparkling wine and then taken out into the vineyard for a short explanation of the unique way that grapes are grown on Santorini due to the windy, dry conditions.
Huge compliments to the chef.. the food was outstanding both in taste and presentation and was paired nicely with a wine. We dined on green beans with apricots, sea bass and grape ceviche, fava bean paste, tomatoes, olives and pickled vegetables, beef cheeks with smoked eggplant puree and baklava with ice cream. The Santorini 2025 Assyrtiko was one of the best wines we had while in Greece. It truly was a top notch experience, highly recommended!
