点评：I am writing this on behalf of a friend about her experience. My friend purchased two clothing items from M&S Handforth. When she got home she noticed the security tag was still attached to one of the items. She rang the branch who suggested that she took it back. Unfortunately she explained this was not an option as she lives several miles away and didnt any means of getting there as she doesnt drive, a friend had taken her there. The staff at Handforth were not helpful at all and brushed the complaint off. Later in the week she took the item to her local food Marks and Spencer. Unfortunately they could not remove the tag. Unlike Handford Dean the manager took the item and said he would personally take it to the nearest clothing branch. Not only did he do this but he returned the garment to my friend's house. What a difference in attitude. If not for him the rating would be been considerably lower.
