Pleasant but can be cramped

点评：Last Time we visited this line was about 25 years ago when we had a bad experience, we visit most of the railways in Wales a few times a year so felt we could give this another go.
Our Visit was a Wednesday morning outside of school holiday times.
weather was good.
Knowing how busy this line gets and we have a geriatric dog we pre booked a compartment. It would be great if when pre booking a compartment online you could choose to let the volunteers decide or have a choose where on the train ( even if it was for an extra £10 or £20).
Online booking Process simple and easy to do.
Would be great to see a WTT to see what loco is planned to run what service.
Car parking in a very large carpark a short walk away crossing a minor road and a slight uphill walk.
Ticket office: Not needed as pre booked but special mention goes as asked for Edmondson tickets for our collection, have been collecting them for 50 Years so a shame some railways have stopped them. Also with the Reservation update.
Train-Crew, Guard excellent and helpful.
Toilets clean and presentable with the fastest hand dryers i have come across.
Being Narrow gauge the compartments are tight but not uncomfortable, this is where booking a compartment becomes useful.
The trip isnt as dramatic on the scenery as some but is pleasant and you can break your journey for a trip to the waterfalls.
The shop further up the line was well stocked and staff pleasant.
On Return to Towyn a trip round the museum is a must and there is a lift to take you up to the first floor.

售票处：由于提前预订了，所以不需要去售票处，但还是要特别提一下，因为我们要了一些埃德蒙森车票，用于收藏。我们已经收藏埃德蒙森车票50年了，所以很遗憾有些铁路公司不再发行这种车票。另外，也希望预订系统能够更新。
列车乘务员和列车员都非常出色且乐于助人。
洗手间干净整洁，配备了我见过速度最快的烘手机。
由于是窄轨列车，车厢比较紧凑，但并不难受，这时预订车厢就显得很方便了。
沿途的风景虽然不如某些线路那样壮丽，但也令人愉悦，途中还可以停下来去瀑布看看。
车站附近的商店商品齐全，店员也很热情。
返回托温后，一定要去参观博物馆，那里有电梯可以直达二楼。
