点评:I’m compelled to share my experience for the stay at this hotel as it is definitely one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at.
It started with the check-in time. Instead of being greeted by the front desk staff as a guest should have received, the lady at the front desk purposely looked down/away when seeing me and my daughter walking towards the desk. She then pointed us to check in with another person (a gentleman next to her). When I asked questions about restaurants nearby etc., the male staff appeared to be bothered and having no interest in helping me at all. Again, he just pointed at directions. At that moment, my impression of this hotel was that guests were not respected or welcomed here.
Then it comes to the hotel room itself. The room has no real beds; rather, there were only pull out sofas. And there were no blankets, only a thin layer of bedding sheet. When asking the front desk for blankets, I was told that they don’t have blankets, only bedding sheets. In order to ensure we still stay warm and not get sick, I had to turn up the heater which caused much discomfort during the night; and I was not able to get much sleep at all.
For this hotel room with no real beds/blankets which are basic accommodations to any other standard hotels, we paid nearly $200 per night. And it is ridiculous for the kind of service we have received, from the customer service to the room accommodations. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone else and will absolutely never book it again.
