点评：Visited a couple of days ago for the ‘ Sunset Spa Package’ with my wife. Package also included a meal. We are long time regular customers of Galgorm. Ok it’s not Galgorm, so don’t go thinking your going to get the same experience, that said there are plenty of facilities within the Spa and the main pool surroundings are really good with the high red brick walls and pillars etc. There are the usual social media stereotypes taking constant pictures/videos and showing off numerous tattoos, neatly trimmed beards, fake tan and skinny partners wearing attire that belongs in an Ann Summers catalogue, that said there are also some normal people. Dinner was poor by Galgorm standards, I’m sure I’ve bought the salt & chilli chicken in bulk at a local shopping outlet, unfortunately the chicken we were served was mostly coating, stringy, hard and over cooked, the chips were chips. Was disappointed to find the package choices for dinner was restricted to a select number of dishes, one of which was soup, otherwise you could get something off the main menu with an allowance of £15 each, having to make up the balance. The food and drink in the Rabbit is very expensive (£9.80 for a bottle of cider beginning with a ‘K’). The last time we visited we had a protracted conversation with the manager over the size of a large glass of wine they gave us. We where served a normal glass of wine when we had ordered a large glass. I am sorry to report the manager didn’t use his experience and the visual indication that what we had been served was actually a normal glass of wine. We had the experience of having to persuade the manager that his bar staff were using the incorrect measure. We got to the point whereby instead of the manager going off candidly and checking the measure, he actually brought the measures to our table to try and prove ‘the customer’ was wrong. After getting a personal demonstration of the measures from the manager at our table, the manager had to do the walk of shame and replace the ‘small’ glass of wine for a ‘large’ glass of wine we had been discussing for at least 15 minutes while eating our dinner. This would have never happened at Galgorm. Anyway as mentioned we are long standing customers of Galgorm, maybe it was unfair to compare our visit to the Rabbit with Galgorm, however that said it was Galgorm’s reputation that led us to try the Rabbit, as we thought both establishments would provide comparable experiences. In future we will stick with Galgorm, I hope this review will motivate management to analyse the Rabbit experience and see what can be done to raise the bar to that of the Galgorm experience.

I think it would be unfair not to mention the pleasant, cheery barmaid in the Spa area. Her interpersonal skills are a credit to the Rabbit.

另外，我觉得不提一下水疗区那位亲切又开朗的女酒保实在有失公平。她的待人接物能力堪称Rabbit餐厅的亮点所在。
