The Track的点评
点评：We arrived at Tracks about 5:30 on New years Day. Because the park closes at 7:00 pm, I asked the young lady at the register if we would have enough time to play mini golf and ride the go carts. She stated as long as we purchased our go cart rides before they closed it would be no problem. Tickets were a bit pricey, $100 total for 4 people to mini golf and go cart, but it’s a very nice park.
The last couple of mini golf holes need a bit more lighting, but we had a great time golfing.
After golf, it was about 6:35 and we walked over to the Woody race track. As we were walking to the track, 3 young guys were staring us down. They looked extremely unhappy that we were coming to go cart. They had already put the cables on the carts. One of the kids ripped the cable out between the go carts and threw it down on the ground and walked away. Very unprofessional behavior.
However, one of the young men was very kind and treated us as we expected to be treated.
Please make sure your staff is in line with your business expectations and prices.
If it weren’t for the rude staff member at the track, you would have earned a 5!
