"ANIMALS GREAT BUT FACILITIES DIRTY & RUN DOWN"

点评：Went to Glen Forest , For a Special Day ! When visiting Port Lincoln on Holidays . Animals were Great ! But Facility's Were Run Down , Dirty & Badly Needed Maintenance .
Really Disappointing that Animals Seemed cared for But Facility's Were Not . Chairs were on tables , VERY DUSTY & DIRTY , No where to sit down, on a rainy day ! Undercover ! Outside Tables on deck were Covered in Water & Dirty . Floors were covered in animal Poo , Looked liked not been cleaned for Weeks ! Peacock Poop everywhere ! Or Dog ? Poo , BUT All the cement floors Needed A Severe Pressure clean. Seats were dirty Tables Dusty & Dirty . As you come out of Bird enclosure , Sign says "Wash Hands " But No Soap As ALL THE BOTTLES OF HANDWASH EMPTY ! Went to Men's Toilet , Same Handwash ALL Empty. Over near Segway that was closed , Again All Dirty , steps a trip hazard for older people as steps all loose ! on side .When walking up into shearing shed I Lent On Steel Handrail / rail And it nearly Collapsed as bolts missing , I would have fallen ? 2 metres . You Pay A Lot for a Family So it was Disappointing No Clean Tables Or Chairs Down But Animal Poop Was So Bad , They Need Buy A Pressure Cleaner ! & Clean Cement Floors in Café area outside Before Opening & Charging Entry ! . I noticed several others Said Same Dirty ! But The Peacock ? Poop Or Dog Poop ? Was really Disgusting , To Try Not To Step In It . Overall Koalas I felt Sorry For , A Tiny Enclosure On Old Dead Tree . Staff not very Friendly , Except 1 young girl at reception , The Rest Not Friendly Or Helpful. VERY DISAPOINTED . This Was My experience ! Would Not Visit Again.

动物们看起来得到了很好的照顾，但设施却如此糟糕，真是令人失望。椅子都放在桌子上，非常脏，而且积满了灰尘。下雨天，连个能坐的地方都没有！露台上的桌子都积满了水，很脏。地板上到处都是动物粪便，看起来好几个星期都没打扫过了！到处都是孔雀粪便！或者狗粪？总之，所有的水泥地面都需要彻底清洗。座椅很脏，桌子也积满了灰尘。从鸟舍出来，看到“洗手”的牌子，但是没有肥皂，因为所有的洗手液都是空的！去了男厕所，洗手液全都空了。旁边是赛格威代步车，可惜关了，那里也很脏，台阶松动，对老年人来说很危险！走进剪羊毛棚时，我靠在钢制扶手上，扶手差点塌了，因为螺栓都掉了，我差点从两米高的地方摔下去。一家人花了不少钱，结果却很失望，桌椅都不干净，动物粪便更是脏得要命！他们应该买个高压清洗机！而且在开门收费前，应该先把咖啡厅外面的水泥地面清理干净！我注意到好几个人都说很脏！孔雀的粪便？还是狗屎？真是太恶心了，我得小心别踩到。总的来说，我挺同情考拉的，它们被关在一个枯树上的小围栏里。工作人员不太友好，除了前台一个年轻女孩，其他人都不太热情，也不乐于助人。非常失望！这就是我的体验！不会再来了。
