点评：❌ Great Wedlock Deer Farm, Pembrokeshire — NOT disability friendly OR child friendly!
We went today and started having a lovely time… until my son (who is autistic/has additional learning needs) gently took a toy bike from the race track over to his niece in the play area. The track, park and cinema are all inside one big barn there were absolutely no signs saying bikes couldn’t be moved between spaces and if there is they certainly are not clear enough to be seen when using the play area.
Suddenly the owner shouted over the tannoy so loud, rude and aggressive, something along the lines of “That bike isn’t allowed out of the track put that back NOW!!” It was public, frightening and totally uncalled for.
When we spoke up and explained he’s vulnerable, the owner’s reply was shocking: “Control your autistic child then.” He also lied and claimed my son was “swinging the bike around his head” which never happened, our eyes were on them the whole time. When we asked to see CCTV to prove it… he couldn’t show a single thing. He stated “I did not know he had autism” but no child should be spoken to in such a frightening way.
Rules mean nothing if they aren’t visible and running a family attraction without patience, respect or basic awareness for neurodivergent children is unacceptable.
Not disability or child friendly at all. We won’t be back and would warn other families, especially those with autistic or sensitive children to think twice before visiting. 💔
Also to add the price for food is absolutely insane for the food that is served, not worth a penny 😳

如果规则不被公示出来，那就毫无意义；而一家家庭娱乐场所若缺乏耐心、尊重，且对神经发育有差异的孩子毫无基本认知，那也是不可接受的。
这里既不照顾残障人士，也不适合儿童。我们不会再光顾了，也在此提醒其他家庭务必小心。尤其是那些有自闭症或敏感症孩子的家长，去之前可要三思啊。💔
另外，这里的食物价格简直离谱，就那样的食物而言完全不值这个价啊😳。
