点评：Working with Pacific Trade Winds was our first and BEST decision when planning our trip to Costa Rica!
We started with a phone conversation to discuss the sorts of experiences we were interested in and the type of lodging we needed. They in turn provided a custom itinerary including cost. Once we decided on the itinerary they took care of literally everything. This was incredibly helpful to us.
They arranged all the airport transfers and all transportation to our hotels and activities. The drivers were highly professional and the vehicles were comfortable and spotless. Every company they used for our activities (zip lining, sloth tour, surf lesson, snorkeling and dolphin watching) was awesome. The hotels they selected for us were perfect and within our budget.
The concierge team made themselves available at any time before and during our trip. We really enjoyed working with them and want to give a sincere thank you and shout out to Hazel, Lorena, and Gretchen! We had an amazing time.
