点评：Extraordinary! A profoundly immersive experience that deepened my respect and admiration for our beautiful country.
Our group was invited to learn about the history, living culture, and strength of the Gwa’sala-’Nakwaxda’xw community, and I felt honoured to witness the growth taking place today. Hearing about the challenges they have faced, and the ongoing efforts toward healing and reconciliation, was deeply moving. This was a compelling perspective that added real depth and purpose to our visit.
While kayaking near Telegraph Cove, I felt an intimate connection with the landscape and marine life. It felt unreal to be paddling not far from humpback whales, sea otters, dolphins, and pods of orca. Every moment (like seeing a bait ball or a grizzly bear eating a salmon!) brought a new sense of awe.
Our kayaking trip guides were exceptional. Whether we were navigating currents around Hanson Island or settling into camp for the evening, they created a magical combination of adventure and ease.
Truly an educational and unforgettable trip.
