点评：I just completed the 5-day Enhanced Surf Camp with the video analysis program in Nosara, and it was an absolutely transformative experience. The program itself is excellent—the daily video analysis was a game-changer, allowing me to see and correct mistakes I never knew I was making.
But the true highlight, and the reason for this glowing review, was my instructor, Josúe.
There are not enough good words to describe him. Josué is the most thorough, observant, and patient coach I have ever had. As a sometimes-impatient learner who wanted to progress faster (and prematurely wanted a shorter board!), his judgment was impeccable. He knew exactly when I was ready for a new challenge and when I needed to solidify the fundamentals, always explaining the "why" with kindness and clarity.
He is the embodiment of a passionate teacher. His love for surfing and for seeing his students improve is palpable. He is the most ideal Costa Rican surfer-instructor you could possibly imagine—knowledgeable, encouraging, and deeply connected to the ocean.
Thanks to his expert guidance over just five sessions, I genuinely feel I skilled up. I left not just with better technique, but with more confidence and understanding of the waves. This camp, and especially Josué, exceeded all my expectations. Pura vida at its finest!
If you're considering a surf camp in Nosara, look no further. Ask for Josué—you'll be in the best hands possible. Also, good shout out for Emanuel for great videos and photos!
