Wedding Experience- Ashburn Room May 2026

点评：My husband and I had our wedding May 02 , 2026 and there were several disappointing issues throughout the day that affected our experience.
Communication and coordinator availability were inconsistent, especially later in the evening, making it difficult for us and our guests to get assistance when needed.
A small portion of the wedding cake was placed at the dessert station without any indication to guests, so many people never realized it was being served and most of it went untouched. We ended up picking up the entire 3 tiers the next day.
We were also surprised by how different some of the meals tasted compared to the food tasting, particularly the soup and eggplant parmesan. As a bride I was so dissatisfied trying to drink the soup… it was extremely spicy and many of our guests were having the same problem. I don’t tolerate spicy food!! and the egg Parmesan was a disaster… was very very unpleasant having to deal with comments about … this was not the plate that you showed us :(
There were delays with the bridal suite package and mimosas, and one guest felt poorly treated when requesting a meal change despite extra plates already being paid for due to no-shows. Additionally, the cabin assigned to my family had a loud beeping issue overnight that staff later admitted was already a known problem.
Women Guest bathroom very unclean.
Bridal suite very small ashburn room and barely with good furniture…
Overall, while the wedding itself was memorable and joyful, these issues left us disappointed and feeling that better communication and organization were needed.

女宾浴室非常不干净。
新娘套房非常小，像个灰褐色的房间，家具也简陋得可怜……
总的来说，虽然婚礼本身令人难忘且充满欢乐，但这些问题让我们感到失望，也让我们觉得需要更好的沟通和组织。
