Guided Vacation in Tuscany - Private Tour

点评：My husband and I, along with my brother and sister-in-law, completed a week-long private tour of Tuscany in May. This is our second trip organized by European Castle Tours and our first private one. Astrid has been amazing to work with both times, is very responsive and communicative, and ready to answer any questions or issues that arise in planning the trip or during it. Our guide for the entire trip was Pierfrancesco who was fantastic, went out of his way to make our trip memorable, and helped us understand and negotiate the subtleties of Italian culture. When we asked if it was possible to make a few changes to the itinerary while the trip was already in progress, Astrid and Pierfrancesco made it happen quickly and with no fuss. There were also numerous little touches that made the trip extra special like the warm welcome we received from the inn we stayed at, and the beautiful bouquet of flowers and a note from Astrid and Pierfrancesco that greeted me at breakfast one morning when they found out my birthday was during the trip. Thank you so much Astrid and Pierfrancesco - we're looking to planning more trips with European Castle Tours in the future!
