点评：We used European Castles Tour for a private transfer and tour from Munich to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, with stops in two small towns along the Romantic Road. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Astrid was wonderful to work with—she listened to what we wanted, helped create a customized itinerary, and provided a clear outline of the day's timing.
When our guide experienced unexpected car trouble on the morning of the tour, we were immediately notified by both email and text about the slight delay, which we greatly appreciated. Our guide, Bruce, was professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to spend the day with. He even added an extra stop at Harburg Castle, which was an unexpected bonus.
Bruce was informative, fun, and very accommodating regarding our food preferences, mobility needs, and sightseeing interests. He gave us a great balance of guided touring and free time to explore on our own. We highly recommend European Castles Tour for a personalized and memorable day in Bavaria.
