Michelle was curt and dismissive, offering no solutions and showing little interest in resolving issues. Javier was equally unhelpful — vague, unresponsive, and seemingly annoyed that he had to deal with a customer at all. Neither demonstrated even a basic level of customer service competence.
When you’re hiring a camper — something that involves safety, money, and trust — you expect clear communication and professionalism. Camperman delivered the opposite.
If you enjoy being talked down to, ignored, and left feeling like an inconvenience, this might be the company for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. There are plenty of camper hire companies that understand the concept of customer service. Camperman is not one of them.
