Instead of chewing grass themselves - begging and waiting for food from a person with a bucket.
My husband was impatiently waiting for the giraffes to appear. It turns out that you can pet them and scratch them behind the ear. But not a single one of the giraffe tribe lingered near us for long, they grabbed a couple of food pellets - and moved on. By the way, most of the noble dragons from drawings and films have a giraffe face. Take a closer look. The giraffe is the limit of human ability to imagine the strange but beautiful. The platypus is Frankenstein's monster by nature, it has nothing to do with beauty.
And then there was a stop near the cows. Longhorns, which have horns of incredible length, and bison. Both came up, opened huge mouths with even bigger tongues. Children poured food into bottomless gullets. The bison looked like homeless people: matted fur, crazy alcoholic eyes, the stench of unwashed body. Thus I could not take my eyes off them. And then a Holstein bull came. His head was level with the roof of the van. The bison were up to his shoulder. Miniature donkeys could pass under the belly (if they wanted), but the donkeys did not want to. The poor guide had to distract everyone by shouting "look to the right", because on the left a couple of donkeys began to reproduce in front of the amazed public. The llamas and alpacas did not come to us. According to the guide, this is for the best: “the alpacas are in a spitty mood today.”
